Nice pub, Emma?
I went out to a pub drinking last weekend for the first time in I don’t know how long. Three actually,
Well, a bar attached to a craft brewery (if you can call it that, the beer was foul) the arts centre and then a proper pub with a (2 person) band.
It’s ok. I guess
Am staying but not bothering with the bar
Spent too much last night on double brandies at £7. A pop
I was in Beer today
A pleasant little village.
And may i just say you’re still looking as shaggable as ever Emma. The posh totty look definitely suits you.
Tried her tunes but pub WiFi keeps cutting out
Sorry, it just puzzles me that people want to do stuff like that, Tybo. Can’t get my head around it.
I mean, the idea of doing anything that would worry your parents… Sorry, you just don’t do that to people who love and support you.
Not a single solitary number on the lottery.I take it very personally.
I did silly, irresponsible things in my teens (and still do, sometimes). Mostly with Ventures, so I was relatively safe.
I think it’s fair to say that my relationship with my parents wasn’t exactly great, so respect for them at that time wasn’t really a consideration.
Mostly I did them for the craic or because I was (and still am) a stubborn idiot.
Never did illegal stuff just to fit in.
Camelot hate you, paul.
What I’m (clumsily) trying to say is that people have different backgrounds, attitudes and motivations for their actions.
You were powerfully motivated by your love and respect for your parents. That doesn’t mean that others are motivated by peer pressure, something I suspect is overrated.
The downside of Ventures was that I was banned from certain activities because I was deemed too dangerous.
